Casa Santa Catarina is a residential building located in the center of Porto. The project aims at the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing building to create 6 new apartments, spread over three levels. There will be four one-bedroom apartments and two duplex apartments with a mezzanine bedroom, facing either the street or the garden in the back. All have access to the backyard offering a swimming pool and a small annex located at the end of the lot as a fitness center.
